This release is apparently a monument to my backwards-compatibility fetish. Nobody still uses Windows 98 anymore, do they?

Fixed: Config directory issue caused start-time crash on Windows 98.
Fixed: Main menu unnecessarily appeared in the Users dialog on Windows (all versions).
Improve: Directory last used persists as initial directory for next file dialog.
New: First version released for Linux/X11.

New: Preferences dialog.
New: Added new password formats: Obtuse (stronger), Numbers (useful for PIN-type numbers on some devices), Director Insists (weaker than Manager Insists) and CEO Insists (face-palm level weak).
New: Bundled internal words library from FreeBSD's Dict.
New: Add any number of supplementary words files from any location.
New: Currently active Password strength listed in the status bar, as a blue link. Click it to open Preferences to change it.

Change: Removed the old 'Manager Insists' Info dialog. The general info is covered in the online FAQ, while the old Words file setup info no longer applies.
Change: Despite the inclusion of an internal dictionary, the distributable for Windows is down from 2.9M to 2.3M. (The exe responds better to compression now, so it's worth making it a zip.)
Known issue: CEO Insists mode may occasionally select a words along the way that make the password a letter short. When this happens, a random capital letter will be added to bring it to the required length.
